Service Guarantee

We engage in legal services that seek to repair or remove information in your credit file that is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete.  We do not charge you (the client) for the audit until it is complete and delivered to you in your online web portal or until we obtain deletions or repairs on your credit report. For this reason, there is no need for a service guarantee—there is no payment due until we deliver results.

Upon completing each round of dispute, we will update your credit monitoring account by requesting a new three-bureau credit report. We will then notify you of any items that have been repaired or removed in the previous dispute rounds. These deletions or repairs may or may not lead to an improvement in your credit scores.
